By signing the Millionaire Money Making Machine™ (or Masters of Investing™) application form, you agree to these Special Terms and Conditions of Uspeh d.o.o.

1. These Specific General Terms and Conditions supplement the General Terms and Conditions published on the website www.panta-rei.si. Please read the Terms and Conditions carefully before you decide to apply for the Millionaire Money Making Machine™ (Masters of Investing).
2. The two-day Millionaire Money Making Machine™ (MMMM) programme will take place at a location in Ljubljana or up to 15 km outside Ljubljana, or as a live online event that you can follow from home. We reserve the right to change the location specified at the time of registration. We will inform you of any change of location via the contact details you provide on the registration form.
3. During the two-day MMMM programme, you will receive a workbook with materials, which is included in the price. Any accommodation, food and drinks are not included in the price.
4. In case of illness or force majeure, we reserve the right to change the date of the programme. In this case, we will inform you by email and SMS. Force majeure shall be deemed to be all unforeseen and unexpected events which occur independently of the Organiser’s will and which could not have been foreseen by the Organiser at the time of concluding this contract and which in any way affect the performance of the obligations under the contract.
5. The registration fee for the two-day MMMM programme must be paid in full within 30 days of registration or at the latest two days before the start of the programme (whichever is earlier). Family members can be registered with a 50% discount (if the basic registration fee is paid on the day of registration) within 3 working days of the basic registration, provided that only the immediate family (wife, husband, partner, son, daughter) are considered as family members. The entry fee for the family member must be paid within 7 days of the initial registration. If you have not paid the basic fee on the day of registration, you cannot claim the discount. You can cancel your registration within 14 days of registration, as detailed in the General Terms and Conditions.
6. Once you have chosen a date to attend a programme, it can only be changed by paying an administrative fee of EUR 10 for rescheduling (rescheduling can cause considerable organisational problems with the halls, so please stick to the dates you have chosen).
7. The materials and other intellectual property that you will learn about in the MMMM programme are the property of Uspeh d.o.o. Any reproduction, copying or any other form of publication of the materials or any part of the materials without the permission of the author is prohibited. The information contained in all other MMMM materials is for educational purposes only. Uspeh Ltd, Robert Rolih, his other companies and his other speakers are not financial advisors, stockbrokers or registered investment advisors. We do not recommend specific stocks, funds or other financial instruments. If any stocks, funds or other types of financial instruments are mentioned, they are mentioned for illustrative or educational purposes only. Before making any investment decision, you should consult an appropriately licensed adviser.
8. I understand and accept that Robert Rolih is not a financial advisor, but a lecturer who shares his experience in investing, and therefore neither he personally nor Uspeh Ltd. accepts any responsibility for any loss incurred as a result of a user’s investment decision. The information and knowledge gained from the Masters of Investing programme is for information purposes only and does not constitute investment or trading advice.
